Tour Highlights:

Exclusive opportunities for one-of-a-kind viewings of private and public classic car collections.

Including the Alan Rosenblum collection, Woody Wagons and more.

“Do you believe in miracles?” A visit to Lake Placid (home of the 1932 & 1980 Winter Olympics) including tours of the Miracle on Ice arena, the newly-remodeled Olympic Museum, and the 120-meter tall ski jumping complex.

Compelling historic site visits to some of the region’s important battlegrounds, forts and more. Included: Fort Ticonderoga, Bennington Battlefields, and the Ulysses S. Grant Cottage National Historic Landmark.

Explore the historic military aircraft collection at the Empire State Aerosciences Museum offering rare opportunities to photograph your car amongst some of the display pieces.

Following the Tour conclusion, a chance to participate in the famed Gathering of Old Cars at Mills Mansion, Staatsburg, NY where there will be reserved Cadillac parking and a special display of some big-finned beauties from the CLC’s 1959 & 1960 Cadillac Chapter.

A Day One (Oct. 14) preview of the CLC's 2025 National Driving Tour ,

Our National Driving Tour begins unconventionally by kicking off at our first stop, the private, one-of-a-kind car and automobilia collection of Alan Rosenblum, in New Hartford, New York. Meeting there first will be convenient for those joining us from south and west of the Utica, New York, area. For tour participants who are local to New York’s Capital District or are joining us from the east, we will depart the host hotel in Schenectady and travel together to New Hartford. After enjoying Mr. Rosenblum’s collection, we’ll sit for a group lunch with Alan, after which we’ll visit a private collection of woody wagons.

Typically, this time of year provides peak fall foliage. The round-trip drive from New Hartford to Schenectady is along some of the most picturesque routes through the Mohawk River Valley, part of the historic Erie Canal system. The day will conclude at the host hotel in Schenectady on the scenic Mohawk River. The Rivers Casino and multiple dining options are within easy walking distance for downtime entertainment. (86 miles one way)
